1. Stock Availability
Orders are subject to availability. If any item is out of stock after you place an order, we’ll ship the available items and contact you with options for the rest (refund or wait for restock).
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and your delivery address. You’ll see the final shipping cost before you confirm payment.
3. Shipping Coverage
We only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Time
• Orders ship within 2 business days after payment.
• Standard delivery takes 2 to 7 business days.
• No deliveries are made on national holidays or weekends.
• We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS.
• Courier delivery (UPS) is available for residential and business addresses.
5. Changing Address
You can update your shipping address before your order is shipped. Use the in-app chat or call us right away if you need to make a change.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking info will be sent to your registered email and available inside your account on the app.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
